How Rental Match handles an enquiry

When you send a rental enquiry, Rental Match collects your name, email address, optional phone number, move-in target, preferred times, message, the listing you selected, and the time you gave consent.

Purpose and sharing

We use this information only to respond about the selected rental, confirm availability, and coordinate requested next steps. With your consent, the brokerage may also create or update your contact record in its CRM and tag it as a Rental Match GTA lead. We do not automatically share your enquiry with a listing agent.

Documents

Documents are accepted only after the brokerage desk sends a private, time-limited request. You give separate consent before upload. Files are placed in a restricted brokerage Google Drive folder and are not automatically shared with a listing agent.

Retention and your choices

Your enquiry is kept only as long as needed for the rental discussion and related brokerage recordkeeping. You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion where applicable by contacting the brokerage desk.
